SHIPPING POLICY
- We deliver worldwide using express services from UPS or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
- For some countries outside Europe, the USA, and Canada, delivery times may be slightly longer.
- Approximate preparation time for an order is 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive your tracking code via email upon shipment.
- Free express delivery is guaranteed for all purchases.
- Customs or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Important Delivery Notes
- Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any missing or damaged items to the courier with an official report and notify us immediately.
- Notify us of damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. If you notify us later than 48 hours your order cannot be replaced.
- For missing or damaged products, we will provide updates via SMS or email after review.
- We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping company.
