LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In this regard, as and iconic, we aim to inform you, as a data controller, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (LPPD).

2. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
In the case of purchases, certain personal information you provide (such as name, phone number, and address) may be shared with domestic and international courier companies to deliver your packages or provide special cash-on-delivery services upon your request.
Credit card information requested on the payment page is not stored on the www.andiconic.com servers or the servers of companies providing services to us, ensuring the highest level of security. Payment transactions are securely conducted between your bank, intermediary institutions, and your device via the www.andiconic.com interface.
For remote sales transactions, your personal data may be shared with domestic and international banks, financial institutions, and payment processors to process payments.
www.andiconic.com does not share, use for commercial purposes, or sell the information collected through membership forms to third parties, except in cases of legal obligations or with explicit member instructions.
Personal data may be disclosed to official authorities only when formally requested by official authorities in compliance with mandatory legal provisions.

3. METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected electronically when you register on www.andiconic.com, access our services via email, websites, mobile apps, or social media accounts linked to andiconic.com, or contact our call center.
Your personal data may be obtained automatically or non-automatically, provided it is part of a data recording system. It will be processed and shared as outlined in Articles 5 and 6 of LPPD and for the purposes stated in Sections 1 and 2 of this text.
4. INFORMATION ABOUT EMAIL NEWSLETTERS
During the membership process or at any time during your membership, you may choose to accept or decline marketing communications and update your preferences. If you wish to unsubscribe from our daily email list, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting our customer service team.
5. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
www.andiconic.com retains personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, optimize services provided to members/users, and comply with the terms stated in this LPPD Clarification Text and the Membership Agreement.
In case of disputes arising from the Membership Agreement, remote sales agreements, or any other contractual obligations, personal data may be retained to make necessary defenses or fulfill legal obligations within the statute of limitations set by the relevant legislation. Once the purpose of processing ceases to exist or the mandatory retention periods expire, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized under Article 7 of LPPD.
6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Under LPPD and applicable legislation, individuals have the following rights concerning their personal data:
- To learn whether personal data is being processed,
- To request information about the processing of personal data,
- To learn the purposes of processing and whether they are being used in accordance with these purposes,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of this correction to third parties,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in relevant legislation,
- To request notification of corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
Requests to exercise these rights must be submitted per the procedures and methods specified in the regulations issued by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
www.andiconic.com will respond to your requests within 30 days at the latest, either in writing or electronically. If fulfilling the request incurs a cost, a fee may be charged per the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Authority under Article 13 of LPPD.
