General Returns 

- Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your custom order.  

- For other products, return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Return Conditions 

- Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return.  

- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.  

- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.  

Return Shipping Fees

- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
